M-LFD Responds to Overturned Car on the Northern State Parkway

On Saturday August 22, 2015, at 1843 hrs, M-LFD Companies 3, 5 and the Ambulance Unit were dispatched to the westbound Northern State Parkway at Exit 26 for an auto accident with roll over. Chief of Department Scott Garrigan (8703) was the first unit to respond and was advised that the Roslyn Rescue Fire Department Chief of Department was on scene at that everyone was out of the vehicle. E8740, who had a full crew in quarters at the time of the alarm, responded to the scene along with S8759, HR8730, A8767, A8768 and DC8705. A total of four aided were transported to area hospitals by M-LFD EMS and NCPD Ambulances.
